Plotters field park is the main connection between the river and the Southern part of the city nad that connection should not be abandoned. We maintained it by burying the building beneath a public ribbon.
The main entrance is directed to the Tower Bridge. The public space comes inside the building and the entrance is produced through a central exterior space around which the library spins.
